Below, you will find important details regarding your car rental with us, from pick-up instructions to payment and insurance terms.

Car Pick-Up and Drop-Off Location: All car rentals are picked up and dropped off at the supermarket car park located on Calle Palometa, La Torre Golf Resort. Upon arrival, keys must be collected from the Murcia Sales & Rentals office, which is conveniently located next to the car park at Calle Palometa 11. Please ensure that you bring your booking confirmation email or document when collecting the keys, as this will be required for verification. If you experience any issues or delays, please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements to assist you.

Drop-off must also be made at this same location, and the car should be returned by the agreed time to avoid additional charges. If you need to extend your rental period, please notify us as early as possible to check availability.

Driver Requirements: To ensure safety and compliance, the following driver requirements must be met:

• All drivers must be at least 25 years old at the time of rental.
• A valid driving license, held for a minimum of 2 years, must be presented when collecting the vehicle. Copies of your license may be requested.
• Non-EU residents may need an international driving permit in addition to their standard license. Please check local requirements before arriving.
• All drivers will be required to sign our rental agreement at the time of pick-up. Additional drivers can be added to the rental, but they must also meet the requirements listed above.

Booking Confirmation: Once you have completed the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to you, which will contain all the necessary details, including the vehicle type, pick-up instructions, and the total amount paid. This confirmation acts as your rental voucher and must be presented when collecting your vehicle. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Insurance: All rentals come with basic insurance, which includes third-party liability coverage as required by Spanish law. This basic insurance does not cover damage to the vehicle or theft. To ensure full coverage and peace of mind, we offer optional additional insurance that can be purchased at the time of booking or pick-up. This additional coverage may include:

Coverage for damages to the vehicle.

Theft protection.
Reduced or waived excess (deductible).

If you choose not to purchase additional coverage, you will be liable for any damages or theft up to the full excess amount. Please make sure you understand the insurance options before finalizing your booking.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to picking up your rental vehicle. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments. A deposit may be required upon pick-up as security for the vehicle, which will be refunded upon the safe return of the car in accordance with the rental terms.

Please note that failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in the cancellation of your booking. For more details on payment, please refer to our Payment Terms page.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period begins will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental period may incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the rental.

In the event of a no-show (failure to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date), the booking will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued. Please review our full Refund Policy for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and rebooking options.
